L’entretien professionnel

Que dit la loi ?  « Tous les 2 ans, l’entretien professionnel est un rendez-vous obligatoire entre le salarié et l’employeur, il est destiné à :

• Accompagner le salarié dans ses perspectives d’évolution professionnelle : qualifications, changement de poste, promotion, etc.
• Et identifier ses besoins de formation. »
  

Il est différent de l’entretien annuel qui, lui, vise l’évaluation du travail du salarié.

L’employeur doit définir le contenu de l’entretien en fonction des orientations stratégiques de l’entreprise

L’application de l’entretien professionnel selon AXA

Un entretien tous les 2 ans avec mon manager pour :

• échanger sur l’évolution de mon métier,
• développer de nouvelles compétences,
• et faciliter un projet de mobilité.
• AXA pose le principe que le salarié est l’acteur principal de l’entretien, il doit aller chercher l’information et l’accompagnement entre autres auprès de l’accueil RH.

Ce que l’UDPA préconise

Réalisez et préparez votre entretien sur la projection d’un parcours professionnel à deux ans au moins :

• Les accords AXA sur l’emploi précisent que le salarié est responsable de son employabilité : il est Co acteur des mesures pour maintenir celle-ci,
• Je souhaite rester dans mon activité, évoluer dans la filière ou changer de filière métier ?
• quel est mon socle de compétences acquises et à acquérir ?,
• le métier cible est il en développement ou en décroissance, l’évolution des compétences est elle forte ou faible ? (notez les indicateurs portés sur la fiche en matière d’évolution du métier et/ou des compétences),
• l’analyse des compétences relationnelles et transversales figurant sur la fiche métier doit permettre de mesurer l’écart à combler et déterminer les compétences prioritaires à acquérir : pour ces dernières regardez les formations proposées et inscrivez-vous. Validez le parcours avec votre manager lors de l’entretien pour formaliser l’octroi du temps nécessaire à ces formations,

THE PROFESSIONAL INTERVIEW

What does the law say: « Every 2 years, the professional interview is a mandatory appointment between the employee and the employer, it is intended to:

• Aaccompany the employee in his professional development prospects, qualifications, change of position, promotion, etc.
• And to identify his training needs. »

It is different from the annual interview, which is aimed at evaluating the employee’s work.
The employer must define the content of the interview according to the strategic orientations of the company.

The application of the professional interview according to AXA

An interview every 2 years with my manager for :

• exchange on the evolution of my job,
• develop new skills,
• and facilitate a mobility project.
• AXA establishes the principle that the employee is the main actor in the interview; he or she must seek information and support from the HR department, among others.

What the UDPA recommends

Carry out and prepare your interview on the projection of a career path of at least two years:

• The AXA employment agreements specify that the employee is responsible for his or her employability: the employee is a co-player in the measures to maintain it,
• I wish to stay in my activity, to evolve in the sector or to change my profession?
• What is my base of acquired and to be acquired skills?
• Is the target job in development or in decline, is the evolution of skills strong or weak? (note the indicators on the sheet regarding the evolution of the job and/or skills),
• the analysis of relational and transversal skills on the job sheet must allow to measure the gap to be filled and to determine the priority skills to be acquired: for the latter look at the proposed training courses and register. Validate the course with your manager during the interview to formalize the allocation of the time required for these training courses,
